Josceline Dimbleby has been one of Britain's most popular food writers for over thirty years. She has published 17 cookery books and was formerly cookery correspondent for the Sunday Telegraph. Her most recent book, Orchards in the Oasis, recounts her lifelong love affair with food and travel, exploring the food influences of her rich and varied life.

Catherine Fulvio’s
passion for cooking began at a young age in the family B&B, Ballyknocken House in Wicklow. Marrying her Sicilian husband, Claudio, initiated a lifelong love affair with Italian food culture.  Catherine now runs Ballyknocken Cookery School and Ballyknocken House.  Her latest book, Catherine’s Family Kitchen, has just been published.

Domini Kemp
was born in the Bahamas but moved to Ireland in 1983. She trained as a chef at Leith’s in London before starting up the itsa food company with her sister, Peaches. Her latest book, itsa Cookbook, features well known recipes simplified to take key factors like time, nutrition, satisfaction and taste into consideration.
